Reviewer checks THREE criteria:- Quality: Code quality, best practices, maintainability
Correctness: Does it work? Edge cases handled? Tests pass?
Adherence: Does it match PRD/TRD/design docs exactly?
Reviewer approves OR requests changes
If changes needed: If the reviewer has critical feedback, you MUST loop and ask the agent to revise their work based on the feedback.
Only with approval: Accept output and proceed
Critical issues (wrong behavior, security, spec violations, broken tests): MUST fix before proceeding.
Minor issues (style, optimizations): Use your judgment about whether to loop back to the original agent - may proceed with notes.
The design documents (PRD/TRD) are the source of truth. Reviewers enforce compliance.
This feedback loop is what ensures quality. ALWAYS CLOSE THE LOOP!
